Redpine Signals obtains Radio Equipment Directive (RED) certifications.

Redpine Signals has completed testing and now conforms to RED 2014/53/EU for all the modules of RS9110 and RS9113 product families.

Stated below are the tests done for RED 2014/53/EU compliance:

RF Test

  • EN 300 328 v2.1.1: It applies to 2.4 GHz band only.
  • EN 301 893 v1.8.1: It applies to 5 GHz band only and old v1.8.1 test reports are still applicable, along with receiver blocking tests from v2.1.1.

Receiver blocking test is added to both the bands as mandatory requirement and all the modules have passed it with the existing firmware.

EMC Test

  • EN 301 489-1 and EN 301 489-17: Radiated immunity test is now extended to 6 GHz. This report has been updated for all modules.

Safety Test

  • EN 60950: Modules are tested to comply with EN60950-1:2006+A11:2009+A1:2010+A12:2011+A2:2013.

The Declaration of Conformity and Test Reports are available from our extranet for all users.
