Job Overview:

Redpine Signals Inc. is seeking a highly experienced European Sales Director to join a fast-paced and highly motivated team. This is a highly visible and impactful role in the organization.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for driving a broad adoption of Redpine Signals Inc. Multi-Protocol Wireless solutions into the IoT market with a focus on:
  • Strategic Customers
  • Channel Management
  • Revenue growth
  • Demand Creation

Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of European Channel sales processes.
  • Exceptional track record with successful sustained revenue growth with Tier-1 or strategic/major/partner accounts.
  • Successful track record of developing business with new technology and customers is essential
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize among competing objectives, and manage large accounts successfully.
  • First-hand experience and understanding of embedded markets, embedded wireless technologies (802.11a/b/g/n), networking protocols (WLAN), Bluetooth (BT/BLE) and Zigbee and systems.
  • Team player

Skills/Experience:
  • 10+ years of Semiconductor/Technology sales experience.
  • 3+ years experience in wireless semiconductor or embedded sales experience in the IoT market
  • Familiarization with key embedded customers / channel partners / salesforce.com / embedded development tools
  • Ability to set priorities, manage and follow-up on multiple details

Education:
  • BS required
